The 1 September update is complete. This article covers everything that has changed, what stays the same, and what is new in the portal itself.
More Restorations, Same Workflow
DentalTwin now covers the full range of fixed restorations in one place: crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, and onlays. All from the same order form, through the same workflow you already know.
Each case continues to be reviewed and approved by a qualified dental technician before the file reaches you.
There is nothing new to learn. If you have used DentalTwin before, you can simply do more with it now.
One Unit is One Unit
Crown, bridge pontic, veneer, inlay, or onlay: each counts as one unit, at the same price, from the same allowance. No separate price lists per restoration type, nothing to convert, no surprises on the invoice.
New Pricing Structure
We have redesigned the pricing to make it straightforward. There are no more credits. Instead, you can subscribe to a monthly package or pay as you go, depending on how regularly you design.
Pay as you go is €8 per unit, with no commitment required. If you design regularly, a monthly package brings your cost per unit down considerably. Anything beyond your included allowance is billed at exactly the same unit rate, no surcharges and no step costs.

A Redesigned Portal Experience
Alongside the pricing update, the portal itself has been refreshed based on customer feedback, including:
- Streamlined case creation — Choose your product type from a quick selector, no need to navigate to a separate page.
- My Cases and Dashboard, combined — Everything you need is now on one page, for a faster, more efficient workflow.
- Quick access to Settings and Account — Now available directly from the left hand menu.
- A new pricing calculator — Estimate your usage and instantly compare pay as you go against subscription plans, so you can see exactly what fits your volume.
- Improved preview functionality — Smoother rotation and new quick preset buttons for faster case review.
We are always improving DentalTwin based on feedback from our customers, and this update reflects a number of the requests we have heard most often.
Free Cases
Remaining free cases are valid for 30 days from your registration date. Use real cases from your daily work to see whether the results fit your standards. No payment details required.
DentaWAX and DentaTEMP
Both products remain unchanged. Pricing stays at €3 per unit, billed separately on use, exactly as before.
Existing Credits
If you have an existing credit balance, our team will be in touch with you individually to walk through your specific situation. Nothing is lost in the transition.
Noticed Something Unusual?
If anything looks or behaves unexpectedly after the update, the first step is to
clear your browser cache and history and reload the page. This resolves the majority of post update display issues.
