How to clear cache on your browser
When we update our system, sometimes your browser may still store old files. Clearing your cache ensures you’re seeing the most up-to-date version of our platform.
Follow the steps below for your browser 👇
Google Chrome
1. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
3. Select Cached images and files.
4. Choose All time from the time range.
5. Click Clear data.
6. Refresh the page (CTRL + R or CMD + R).
Microsoft Edge
1. Click the three dots (…) in the top-right corner.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services.
3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
4. Select Cached images and files.
5. Choose All time as the time range.
6. Click Clear now, then refresh the page.
Mozilla Firefox
1. Click the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security.
3. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data….
4. Check Cached Web Content.
5. Click Clear.
6. Refresh your browser.
Safari (Mac)
1. In the top menu, click Safari → Settings (or Preferences).
2. Go to the Privacy tab.
3. Click Manage Website Data….
4. Click Remove All, then Done.
5. Refresh your browser.
Quick Tip
💡 You can often refresh your cache without a full clear by pressing:
- Windows: CTRL + F5
- Mac: Command + Shift + R
