See the different ways you can pay for credits and unlock your cases.


Overview

DentalTwin offers multiple secure payment options for purchasing credits, subscriptions, or unlocking cases.

All payments are processed via Stripe — a global, PCI-compliant payment provider.

Accepted Payment Methods

1. Credit & Debit Cards

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Maestro

2. Digital Wallets (availability may vary by country)

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

3. Bank Transfers (available for selected regions)

  • SEPA transfers within the EU.
  • Bank transfer instructions are provided after checkout.

4. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) (if supported in your region)

  • Klarna
  • Clearpay / Afterpay

How to Pay

  1. Go to the DT Credits section in the portal.
  2. Select the number of credits or subscription package you want.
  3. Click Purchase — you will be redirected to Stripe’s secure checkout.
  4. Select your payment method and complete the transaction.
  5. Credits will be added to your account immediately after successful payment.

Security & Privacy

  • All transactions are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant.
  • DentalTwin does not store your card details.
  • Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe.
