How to Report a Case / Issue
Let DentalTwin know if a case result needs adjustments, refinements, or review.
When to Use the Report a Case Function
Use Report a Case if:
- The AI result doesn’t meet expectations.
- You want to give more specific instructions for a recalculation before paying or unlocking with free credits.
- There is missing, incomplete, or incorrect data in the result.
- You suspect an error in the STL file or setup.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to My Cases
From the left-hand menu, click My Cases and find the case you want to report.
2. Open More Actions
On the case tile, click the More Actions button (three dots icon).
3. Select Report Case
Click Report Case to open the reporting form.
4. Fill in Your Details
Provide as much information as possible:
- Specific changes you want
- Issues with the current setup or STL
- Any new files or scans (if applicable)
5. Submit the Report
Click Submit to send your request to the DentalTwin support team.
What Happens Next?
- A support ticket will be automatically created in the Ticket System referencing the reported case.
- The DentalTwin team will review your request and contact you if more information is needed.
- Updates will be visible in your Ticket System.
Please Note
- For cases already unlocked (paid/free credit used), recalculation will require additional credits.
- For cases not yet unlocked, you can use Report a Case without additional credit usage.
