How to Flag a Case
Quickly mark cases that need review, discussion, or special attention
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to My Cases
From the left-hand menu, click My Cases to open your case list.
2. Locate the Case You Want to Flag
Use the search bar or filters to find the case you want to flag.
3. Open More Actions
On the case tile, click the More Actions button (three dots icon).
4. Select Flag Case
Click Flag Case to mark the case.
What Happens Next?
- The case will appear in your Flagged list (accessible under My Cases).
- Flagged cases remain in their original status (Active, Finished, etc.) but are also grouped for easy access.
- You can remove the flag at any time via the More Actions menu.
Why Use Flags?
- Keep track of cases requiring a client call or patient follow-up.
- Highlight cases awaiting additional files or approvals.
- Group important cases together without changing their workflow status.
