How to Restore a Case from Trash
Bring back cases you’ve deleted by mistake or need to reference again
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to My Cases
From the left-hand menu, click My Cases.
2. Open the Trash Tab
At the top of the case list, click the Trash filter to see all deleted cases.
3. Locate the Case You Want to Restore
Use the search bar or filters to find the case you want to bring back.
4. Click More Actions
On the case tile, click the More Actions button (three dots icon).
5. Select Restore Case
Click Restore Case to move the case back into the Active Cases list.
Please Note
- Only cases in the Trash can be restored — permanently deleted cases cannot be recovered.
- Restored cases will return to Active status by default. You can later mark them as Finished if needed.
