How to Mark a Case as Finished
Learn how to archive cases you’ve completed while keeping them accessible for future reference.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to My Cases
From the left-hand menu, click My Cases to view your case list.
2. Find the Case You Want to Mark as Finished
Use the search bar or filters to locate your case.
3. Open More Actions
On the case tile, click the More Actions button (usually represented by three dots).
4. Select Mark as Finished
Click Mark as Finished to move the case out of your Active Cases list.
What Happens Next?
- The case will be moved to the Finished (Inactive) list.
- You can still open and view the case details.
- You can mark it as Active again at any time from the Finished list.
Why Mark a Case as Finished?
- Helps keep your Active Cases list clear and organized.
- Makes it easier to focus on ongoing work.
- Keeps completed cases accessible without deleting them.
