How to Ask for a Result Recalculation

Learn how to request an updated result for your case!


Important Information

  • Recalculations are only available for cases that have already been paid for and where results have been downloaded. This option is intended for cases where the prescription or files have changed after purchase.
  • If you have not yet paid or unlocked the case with free credits, please use the Report a Case function instead. (See the article My Cases Explained for more details.)

Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Navigate to My Cases

Go to the My Cases section in the left side panel.


2. Find Your Case

Use the search bar or filters to locate the case you wish to recalculate.


3. Click More Actions

On the case tile, click the More Actions button.


4. Select Recalculate

Choose the Recalculate option from the menu.


What Happens Next?

  • The system will regenerate a new result for your case.
  • New credits will be required to download the updated files.
  • Your initial files will remain available in the version history module for reference and comparison.
