How to Delete a Case
See how to easily remove a case from your list!
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to My Cases
Go to the My Cases section in the left side panel.
2. Find the Case
Use the search bar or filters to locate the case you want to delete.
3. Click More Actions
On the case tile, click the More Actions button (usually represented by three dots or a menu icon).
4. Select Delete Case
From the dropdown menu, choose Delete Case to remove the selected case from your list.
Please Note
- Deleted cases may be moved to the Trash section rather than being permanently erased immediately.
- If you deleted a case by accident, check the Trash tab or contact support for recovery options.
