Downloading STL Files and Case Results

Learn how to access and download your STL files and results!


Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Navigate to My Cases

Go to the My Cases section from the side panel.


2. Find Your Case

Use the filters or search bar at the top to quickly locate your case.


3. Check Case Status

Ensure your case is marked as Done.

(“Done” means a technician has reviewed and approved the AI-generated results.)


4. Pay for the File (if needed)

  • Click the PAY NOW button to pay using credits from your account.
  • If you have no credits available, you’ll be redirected to the Credit Purchase page.

5. Use Your Free Cases

  • New customers receive 3 Free Cases.
  • If you have a free case available, you’ll see the Unlock Free Case button instead of PAY NOW.

6. Download Your STL Files

After payment or unlocking a free case, the Download STL button will appear. Click it to download your STL result files for your use.

Please Note


If the results are not satisfactory and you’d like to give the AI more specific instructions, use the Report Case option:

  • Click More Actions on the case tile.
  • Select Report Case. This opens the Ticket System and references your specific case for further review and correction.
