How Your Subscription Allowance Works

Learn how your monthly plan and additional units work once you are a subscribed customer.


What Is My Included Usage?

  • Each subscription plan includes a set number of included usage units per month.
  • These units cover DentaBRIDGE cases, including crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, and onlays.
  • DentaTEMP and DentaWAX are billed separately and are never counted against your included usage. See Pricing for DentalTwin Products for details.

What Happens If I Use More Than My Plan Includes?

  • Your subscription gives you access to submit a set number of cases each month, based on your plan.
  • If you use more than your included allowance, additional units are billed automatically at the same per unit rate as your plan.
  • You are never blocked from submitting a case because you have used your included allowance.

Where Do I See My Usage?

You can see your current usage against your allowance at any time in the portal, under Subscription.

Do I Need to Do Anything When I Go Over My Allowance?

No. Additional units are billed automatically at your plan's rate. There is nothing to top up and nothing to request in advance.
