How to Order DentaBRIDGE
Follow these steps inside the DentalTwin portal:
Step 1: Create a New Case
- Log in to portal.dentaltwin.com
- Click New Case
- Select DentaBRIDGE from the product tiles
You will now enter the DentaBRIDGE case setup page.
Step 2: Enter Case Information
Case ID
Enter your internal reference number for tracking.
Step 3: Upload Scans
Upload:
- Upper Jaw scan (required)
- Lower Jaw scan (required)
Supported formats:
- STL
- PLY

OBJ
(Max. 100MB per file)
Drag & drop files into the upload areas.
Step 4: Select Material
Choose your restoration material (e.g., Zirconia).
Material selection influences design parameters.
Step 5: Define Manufacturing Parameters
Adjust the sliders according to your lab preferences:
- Cement gap
- Start cement gap
- Border thickness
- Minimum thickness
- Milling head diameter
These settings ensure the design matches your production workflow.
Step 6: Select Manufacturing Method
Choose:

Milling
or
- Printing
The AI will optimize the design accordingly.
Step 7: Mark the Teeth
On the right side of the screen:
- Select editing mode:
- Preparation
- Pontic
- Click the teeth involved in the restoration.
- Connect teeth if creating a bridge.
The visual model will show connected units.
The total case price (credits) updates automatically.
Step 8: Add Additional Comments (Optional)
Include:
- Occlusal preferences
- Connector strength requirements
- Special instructions
Step 9: Submit the Case
Click Send.
Your case will now:
- Be processed by AI
- Undergo technician review
- Be released once approved
After Submission
Once approved, you can:
- Download your STL file(s)
- Review design results
- Use them immediately for milling or printing
🔓 How to Unlock & Download Your Files
After submission:
1️⃣ Go to “My Cases”
Open your case list in the dashboard.
2️⃣ Check Case Status
Wait until the case status shows:
Approved
3️⃣ Select “Unlock”
Click Unlock for the displayed credit amount (based on number of teeth).
4️⃣ Pay with Credits
Confirm the credit payment.
5️⃣ Download Your STL Files
After unlocking, files become immediately available for download.
What If I Don’t Have Enough Credits?
If your balance is insufficient:
- The system will automatically prompt you with credit purchase options.
- You can purchase exactly the amount needed for the case.
- Or buy a larger credit package.
Once credits are added, you can unlock and download immediately.
Important Notes
- Credits are only deducted when you unlock the case.
- You can submit and process cases without immediate payment.
- Files remain locked until credits are applied.
Tips for Best Results
- Ensure clean preparation margins in your scan
- Avoid scan holes or mesh artifacts
- Confirm correct tooth marking before submission
- Match milling head diameter to your real machine setup
