Browser Settings for Best Results

  • Enable JavaScript — required for the portal to function correctly.
  • Allow Cookies — needed to maintain login sessions and save settings.
  • Disable Pop-up Blockers — to ensure files (e.g., STL downloads) open and save correctly.

Supported Devices

You can access DentalTwin from:

  • Desktop and Laptop Computers (Windows or macOS) — Full functionality available.
  • Tablets — Most features work, but uploading and viewing STL previews may be slower depending on your device.
  • Smartphones — For viewing cases and basic navigation; not recommended for heavy uploads or downloads.

Not Recommended

  • Outdated browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer).
  • Devices with very small screens for case management.
