How Your Free Trial Works

Learn how DentalTwin's free trial works, so you can try the platform before subscribing.


What Is the Free Trial?

  • New DentalTwin accounts automatically receive 3 free cases.
  • Free cases can be used for any product, DentaBRIDGE, DentaTEMP, or DentaWAX, regardless of the number of units per case.
  • Your free cases are valid for 30 days from the date you register.
  • A countdown showing your remaining trial days is visible in your portal.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Go to My Cases

From the left hand menu, click My Cases to see your case list.

2. Find the Case You Want to Unlock

Use filters or the search bar to locate your case. Make sure its status is Done, reviewed and approved by a technician.

3. Click Unlock Free Case

If you have free cases available, the button will display Unlock Free Case instead of Pay Now.

4. Download Your Files

After unlocking, the Download STL button becomes available. Click to download your case results.

What Happens After 30 Days or After 3 Cases?

Once you have used your 3 free cases, or once 30 days have passed since registration, whichever comes first, your trial ends. To continue submitting cases, choose a subscription plan or pay as you go. See Pricing for DentalTwin Products for full details.

Please Note

  • Free cases are only available to new accounts and cannot be purchased or added later.
  • Once a free case is used, it cannot be restored or transferred to another case.
  • If your 30 day trial window ends before you have used all 3 free cases, any remaining free cases are no longer available.
