How to Upgrade Your Plan or Pay for Extra Units

Learn how to change your subscription or cover usage beyond your included allowance.

If You Are Going Over Your Included Usage Regularly

If you are consistently using more than your plan's included usage, upgrading to a higher tier is usually more cost effective than paying the additional unit rate every month.

To upgrade:

  1. Go to Subscription in the left hand menu.
  2. Select the plan you want to move to.
  3. Confirm the change. Your new plan takes effect from your next billing cycle.

If You Are Not Subscribed and Want to Pay As You Go

You do not need a subscription to use DentalTwin. You can pay per case at checkout, at the pay as you go rate. See Pricing for DentalTwin Products for current rates.

If You Want to Start a New Subscription

  1. Go to Subscription in the left hand menu.
  2. Choose the plan that matches your typical case volume.
  3. Add a payment method if you have not already.
  4. Confirm your plan.
